Pricing
Dr. Xu is currently in network with several commercial insurance plans including Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna. Please go to Headway to check if your insurance is in network.
For patients who are out of network but would still like to seek care, Dr. Xu also offers a cash pay option.
- $500- initial 60 minute intake appointments
- $300- 30 minute follow up appointments
Please note that Dr. Xu does not accept Medicaid or Medicare
Cancellation policy: Dr. Xu has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Clients are charged $150 for cancellations and no-shows that are made less than 24 hours of their appointment date/time. Therefore, if you must reschedule your appointment, please try to do so at least 24 hours in advance.
